Josh Fraser   |   Managing Director

After completing his Diploma of Building Design and Technology in 2007, Josh opted not to head straight into an office environment.  Rather, he decided to experience first-hand the construction process working alongside a residential builder.  After 2 years of invaluable experience on-site, he has since gone on to work in a number of building design practices, applying his construction knowledge and techniques.

Through these previous work experiences, it became apparent to Josh that there were many house designs which lacked the fundamental Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) principles.

​

So, in 2012 Ecofficient Design was born.

​

As Managing Director, Josh believes through previous work and life experiences, he has developed fundamental skills that are not only required in his industry, but allow further learning to push the boundaries and set the benchmark.

​

Josh aims to establish relationships and network with Building Designers, Architects, Developers, Home Owners and the like, so he can assist in providing cost-effective, sustainable design solutions for all projects, big and small.

Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment

Accredited Thermal Performance Assessor

Short course in Building Thermal Performance (Residential)
