Ecofficient Design is an Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) Consulting practice.
Since 2012, we have been working closely with Building Designers, Architects, Developers, Home Owners and the like, to successfully help deliver sustainable buildings and design solutions.
ESD compliance has now become a natural part of the planning and building permit process. The benefit of Ecofficient Design is that we're able to assist throughout this entire process, making us your one stop shop.
Whilst we are a small practice, our services cover a vast range of projects, from single and multi-unit dwellings to schools, medical clinics, restaurants, office buildings and everything in-between.
We are located in the bustling suburb of Richmond, Victoria. Having lived in both inner and outer Melbourne areas, we know first hand what it's like to experience four seasons in one day. EDUCATION
We're not here to pump reports out the door. That's not what we're about. Regardless of your ESD knowledge, we take the time to explain our design solutions. For each project, we'll point out the positives, the negatives and identify key items which would improve your design from an ESD perspective.
EXPERIENCE
We haven't always had our feet tucked under a desk. Whilst having over 10 years experience in the Building Design industry, Managing Director, Josh Fraser, gained invaluable experience working on-site alongside a residential builder for 2 years.

Each year we exceed our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Not that we have to, but because we feel it puts us on the forefront in terms of product awareness, regulatory changes and business management.
